As our Growth Marketing Manager, we expect you to pave the road to growth, traction and long-term customer engagement, ultimately increasing rides and preventing churn. We strongly believe in creativity blended with technology backed by data and A/B testing, obviously. As a Growth Marketing Manager at umob, you play a pivotal role in setting a creative and experimental Growth Strategy that allows us to stand out and thrive in the noisy digital landscape.
Your mission: secure a spot in everyone's pockets and stay on top of their minds with our app, making a big, quick and mostly effective impact on important metrics like active users, rides, acquisition costs, customer satisfaction, etc. We value a proven track record regarding growth results and impact, along with your ability to crunch numbers and execute experiments. Besides the numbers game you will also handle digital campaigns, from designing and launching to analyzing and presenting the results to us as a management team and to our shareholders over time.
You will be guided by our current agency ‘Off The Record' as we grow from thousands to millions of users in the coming years, with the expectation that you will gradually replace them over time. We expect a hunger to learn and a healthy dose of self-start and self-management since you will report directly to our CEO Bibi Jorissen.

Vereisten
Your next destination. Join our team if have the right drive & experience:
- An academic education combined with a minimum of 2 - 3 years experience at a digital agency or start-up;
- Proficient in Growth Marketing methodologies, implementation, execution and success;
- Channel experience: Google Ads/Analytics, Apple Search, Meta Business Center, Tik Tok & Youtube;
- Familiar with common growth marketing metrics for b2c like active users, customer satisfaction, conversion, retention, referral, CAC, CLTV, etc. etc;
- Expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing marketing content for all stages of the customer journey;
- Ability to run A/B tests and leverage data/analytics for decision-making;
- Curious enough to follow market trends and get inspired for product strategies;
- Skilled in creating clear and concise product documentation.
Key Soft Skills:
- Comfortable in a young, entrepreneurial team within an early startup;
- Adaptable to uncertainty, skilled in making tradeoffs and finding solutions;
- Passionate about (shared) mobility, tech environments, and early technology adoption;
- Stay updated on the evolving social media landscape and emerging trends;
- Excitement for building a scalable platform used by a million users worldwide;
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, crucial for executing local campaigns.
